I appreciate the feedback from everyone. It was tough to find any frangible data elsewhere. I'm more confident that I have a safe starting load of 4.5 gr. BE and an OAL of 1.13". It will be this weekend before I have time to work up a few test cartridges.

Thanks bds. The Alliant data corresponds with what I read on another site. They were using 4.9 gr. of BE with an OAL of 1.155.

I just got some Remington CTF Frangible Bullets 9mm Luger (355 Diameter) 90 Grain Flat Nose. The powder I have on hand is Bullseye or Unique. I can't find any load data for this bullet. Any help would be appreciated.

I made my first cartridges in 18 years yesterday. Do these loads have enough powder? .38 spl with 3.9 grains of Unique and 158 gr. LSWC. That is 10 percent under the charge of 4.3 gr listed on the Hercules load table. The table I used was printed in 1992. Components are that old also. Thanks.
