So I just realised all my .45 acp Federal Champion brass I have been keeping, has small pistol primers. Whyyyy!!! I guess I should have checked,but anyway. How does this effect my load? All my books give loads for large primers. Is it stupid to hope I can use same loads with small primers?

Not sure about the rules regarding shooting it, here in CT, but I know that if you kill it with a car you can get a cop to tag it and you can at least take it home.

I was told that might hurt you more in the civil case(when/if family of dead guy sues you) than the criminal case. Any thoughts on that? Not that I intend on shooting anyone anytime soon.
