Have you considered the PX4? I never really cared for the space agey looks but it fits great in my hand, its surprisingly comfortable to hold. Don't own one though so I can't say anything for reliability/accuracy. And I'll throw in another vote for the CZ-75. Or a clone of it (EAA Witness Match).
