in my 308 10 gr of blue dot under a wheel weight cast lee 180 gr rn with no gas check or filler shoots sub inch groups off a rest. Lube is straight beeswax and the bullets are not crimped. Have also got similar results group wise with paper patching using 18 gr of 4227 but find pp fiddly

Yep, its a m85 zastava, the so called "mini mauser" sweet little rifle rides as the bike gun most of the time.

I mostly use a 3030 with 180 grain cast lead bullets, or an sks, to stop them. Pigs arent actually as tough as people make them out to be. Ive killed a 150 lb (gutted weight) sow with a .22 head shot but i did feel undergunned at the time. Your 308 will do fine.
