    Springfield's Hellcat carry pistol

Micro pistols are ok and they have their place. I will keep my P365 but honestly since I don't pocket carry I'd rather carry something a little more substantial in my hand like my 3953. I don't see any difference carrying one or the other.

    Best current production 9mm

Best for me? Beretta 92 hands down. Never have had a failure in 30 years of owning and shooting them.

    Which 9mm would you choose?

I say none of the above. Do your self a favor and look for a used S& W 3913

Most accurate service handgun around or under $500?

P.S.S Last post I promise. There is one pistol I feel is the equal to the 92FS and that is the Sig P226. Price may be an issue for you. I did pick up my recent P226 at the 500.00 mark so they are out there. I believe if you are looking for a service pistol in 9mm, either of these two would...

Most accurate service handgun around or under $500?

Cool Moose! Looks like a few of those were reflecting back and hitting you on the head!! My Buddy has an XD 45 that I want to go shoot soon. I would probably take an XD over a Glock but that is just my preference. Thanks for the video!

Most accurate service handgun around or under $500?

Moose, how is the accuracy of the XD's? I have yet to fire one but I love the 1911 grip angle they have incorporated.

Most accurate service handgun around or under $500?

CZ's are great pistols! I don't have any more right now. My favs for the range are the Beretta 92 and Sig P226. I carry a S&W 3913 though.

Most accurate service handgun around or under $500?

I disagree, I think it is one of the easiest and softest shooting pistols around. But hey, its ok to disagree eh?:) I have seen many new shooters with small hands fire the 92FS without issue.

Most accurate service handgun around or under $500?

What are you a Midget? The 92 is one of the most comfortable pistols out there : ) P.S. If you are a midget, no offense implied. You can now buy the 92FS Compact from Buds! http://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/cPath/52/products_id/75958

Has anyone ever had a jam with a 9mm Glock?

Only one in many, many rounds through glocks. It was a deformed and dirty wolf cartridge. I have seen my neighbor's daughter stove pipe my G-17 on three different occassions (limp wrist).;)

Any Other Beretta Fans out there?

I am a big Beretta fan from way back! I have owned quite a few over the years but am down to one Beretta M9. Great handgun made from a company with alot of history. Maybe more history than anybody else!

Advice needed on a (preferably) SA 9mm CCW

I would say you need a Browning Hi-Power. I don't know about the 5 pound trigger pull. I removed the mag safety on mine and it is much better. I think the BHP is all you need. As a big 1911 fan, the BHP is a great compliment. I purchased my latest Browning MKIII, like new for 495.

    Glock 17 versus Beretta M9A1

"The Glock is more reliable by a longshot" Sounds like fact to me. In the real world I personally don't believe this. I have owned both Glocks and Berettas for many years. I have seen the Glock fail both with limp wristing and with bad ammo. I have also seen the Beretta fail due to bad wolf...

1911 for around $800, thinking about Taurus

Taurus = Brazilian Junk Springfield Loaded = USA (Assembled) Sweetness (Brazillian parts) Colt= 100% made in the USA since 1911 :) P.S. Yes, I am a Colt snob. I have owned them all but only own Colt now. Why buy a Taurus when you can buy one of these for 800.00?

    Beretta 92fs question

The Beretta 92 is not going away anytime soon. The U.S. Military recently ordered many more for standard issue. It is and will be the standard issue for the Military for the foreseeable future(M9)
