Build your own "Bag of Guns" Walking Dead style

Do you really think that a flamethrower would stop a hulking piece of dead flesh?

    How to work an 1897

Specifically, I need to learn how. I picked one up at my local shop and the pump wouldn't go back; so I pressed down the different buttons until it went back. Then to get the pump forward again it needed some serious elbow grease. Call me a simpleton.

    14" shotgun barrel no stamp?

IF the weapons as modified overall length? This seems worded fishily, unless I'm horribly wrong.

    Remington F.A.S.T. Knife?

I suppose I see what you mean. It's hard for me to imagine a knife lasting for more than a couple months. Maybe I've just not owned a knife that would do that. What do you think about Ka-bar and S&W knives? I know S&W isn't too expensive, but my buddy has a couple and they seem good.

    Remington F.A.S.T. Knife?

I'm not spending 125+ dollars on a knife. That's ridiculous. I want to have something that I can replace, not something that I'll be afraid to use for fear of something happening to it. Oh, wow, it can cut cardboard and netting.

    Colt DA .38

Just shot another 25 rounds at the range; Winchester FMJ. shot fine, but I noticed mottling on the underside of the strut that goes over the cylinder. It also looks microscopically bent. :|

    Colt DA .38

I started shooting wadcutters, but they're a bit expensive and only available 40 miles away. Anywhere near just has 130-some grain PMC full metal jackets, and the Meijer/wal-mart 20 miles away just has remington and Winchester, no wadcutters. So I think trying for a different revolver is a good...

    Remington F.A.S.T. Knife?

It's not a 'cool' thing, I just thought that it would work well. I have a small CRKT folder, I think it is, but it's gotten really loose and my local hardware store doesn't have the correct sized Allen wrench. Thought a fixed blade would be less susceptible.

    Remington F.A.S.T. Knife?

I've been looking for an inexpensive (read: cheap) utility-style knife for stuff like cutting bale twine and such. Wondering if this would do the job, here's a link: http://www.cheaperthandirt.com/2REM19784-1.html

    Mossberg 500 grips

Does the same go for the pistol grip pumps?

    Mossberg 500 grips

I've noticed a couple M500s at my local gun shop that have pistol grip pumps, and three with just pistol grips and standard pumps. Wondering about the legality of these... If I bought a standard one and put on the pistol grip pump on it, would it be an AOW? Or if I did so with a pistol grip...

    Colt DA .38

Where do you suggest I pick up some Black Hills ammo from? I don't much like the idea of ordering ammo online, unless it could be shipped straight to me which I assume it can't be. Are there parts you think I should watch for strains or cracks, or would it just explode out of the blue? Also, I...

There. Forgot the serial number, but I think it may have been in the 16XXXX range.

    Colt DA .38

I can dig up a couple old pictures from when I bought it. I would return it, but don't know if I'd get all of my money back.

    Colt DA .38

It never had problems with the specials until the +p went through it, and I haven't had a chance to shoot normal loads again. I've shot over 700 rounds through it with no problems, excluding the +p.

    Colt DA .38

Wasn't made for .38 special, that's all I really know. Black grips and a six inch barrel, if that helps.

    Colt DA .38

You've probably seen a lot of threads like this, but most are wondering if it's okay to shoot. I bought mine from my local gun shop for $270, and I only did so because the gunsmith assured me that the steel was good. So to get to the point, I recently accidentally bought some +p ammo and shot...

    "American Guns" TV show.....

I think that they could have made the volley gun a bit less expensive with ten pre-made barrels or something, but it still turned out to be cool.

Suggestion for a short-range target gun?

Looks great, I'll be getting it soon. Thanks for all the help, everyone.
