This is a model 94 2" bbl...I also have a new Model 941 .22mag. I can't seem to find out what the cases on the shotshells are made of, but none of the .22 mag shotshell cases split in my 941 and none of the brass cases split in the model 94...and they ejected easily. Snal~

I recently picked up a used Taurus .22LR revolver. I shot it for the first time over the weekend, using CCI shotshells, after shooting a full cylinder (9 rounds) the ejector refused to budge. Turns out that 6 of the 9 shells had split and wedged in the cylinder. I got them out...fired 9 more...
