CZ's are hard to come by. None of my LGS have them in stock (not for lack of trying - they just don't get large batches like they do Glocks, XD's, etc.). As a result, CZ's are overpriced in a lot of GS. Sad but true.
I'd say keep them if you have the space. If I'm looking to buy a used gun, I'm more likely to buy the one that includes the plastic box and any factory accessories.
I like the idea. I wonder though - training is highly subjective, and many people have different philosophies on training. How would you find a team of experts that share the same training methodologies, or are you thinking that would be part of the fun?

I'd wager that you'll have a difficult time finding that exact information due to a variety of reasons (companies protect this kind of data). But as an example, I believe the average Glock pistol costs around $60 to produce.
