    Psa1m144, Any update, have you gotten your pistol back from Ruger yet? I spoke to customer service and mine was with a tech and they expected it to be shipped back next week, really looking forward to seeing if they replaced the extractor or not.

    Yep, that's what I've been doing, I can get the pin to move a fraction upwards, but not enough to release the extractor, just thought there might be a little trick that I'm missing

    I've had a few of these same issues with my new SR40c as well, I'd like to check the part number on my extractor, but can't figure out how to remove it; can somebody give me some tips? Thanks
