Here we go....the old fanny pack screams gun argument...lol. I do not have the use of my legs and get around in a mobility chair so the fanny pack doesn't particularly indicate anything. I have been seeing these things my whole life and never thought a thing about them. The main thing is that...
No because we have no idea of the people who will be in charge of deciding non-violent cases. Remember "it all depends on what your definition of sex is?"
Unless someone practices what they are going to say religiously after a self defense scenario it would be best to just give your name, you were the victim, point out witnesses and if you know where the bad guys gun or knife or whatever is.
THEN: State politely that you are very upset and...
During the daytime I would have no trouble determining intent. My doors are always locked and I am always armed. At night it would be a different story especially if my door was being kicked in. I will look after me and my wife first in that situation. It would be a tragedy to kill someone with...

I have loaded my XDS with 7.6 grains using a Hornady 200 grain Lead flat nose cast bullet. For 10 rounds I averaged 850 FPS which for an XDS is excellent. I noticed no signs of over pressure or smoke. The recoil was very stout through the XDS. I really like this powder and I am going to try it...
