    Agressive Panhandling

    You can't touch them or make physical contact in any way or it would be assault. They'd love it if you assaulted them so they could then be "injured" and sue you. Calling the police is the only sensible course of action. Or....just tell them you shop with a debit card and the cash is in the car...

    I would never inform unless obligated to do so by law. I've spoken to several LEOs and most don't want to know because it creates more hassles for them. Why turn a simple traffic stop into an ordeal?

    Best .22 revolver for kids

    Stay away from taurus. they're cheap for a reason. I have a friend who bought some for instruction and they went to crap in short order. He's had a ton of problems. I know they're pricey but the Smith 617 is a great gun....
