SR1911 is a good bang for your buck 1911. $600 is a decent price. I've really enjoyed mine. Lots a features for the price point, ergonomically friendly, handles all the different types of ammo I've fed it.
I also own a DW Guardian and a Les Baer Custom Carry. I'm not gong to confuse the...
Great little pistol. It's my go-to for pocket carry. Much more comfortable to shoot with the 7-round magazines, but a bit easier to conceal with the 6-rounders. I carry mine in a Remora holster pocket carry with cargo shorts or IWB with athletic shorts.
Not sure what some of you guys are reading. OP tried to accommodate biker bum by moving his van off the road, never mind that he wasn't even on the road in the first place. When biker goes to open the door, all bets are off. It's not TV, bad guys aren't going to go into a monologue before...
These guys are local to me. While there are plenty of Operation Chokepoint victims, seems like there's plenty of problems to go around in this instance.
No worries meanmrmustard.
Moreisless, the deals I've seen on the Loaded have been popping up on slickguns from various sellers. I know Bud's has some good deals from time to time.
You really can't go wrong with any of the popular double stacked, railed pistol options out there. I went with an XDm 4.5 inch with a tlr4. CZ and M&P are also great options.
Comparing a SR1911 to a custom 1911 isn't really apples to apples. I've had zero issues with mine. It's a great pistol for the money.
That being said, I've seen some great deals on the Loaded lately. I think it's the nicer of the two.
