I've got the TRP stainless no rails and it's been excellent. I don't like the full length guide rod and changed that over to the standard GI set up without any issues.
It seems like it's too wide. The concept is good and if it works out I'm sure it'll be comfortable but just looks really wide at 12-1 o'clock position.
Found that the easiest was to rub in some baby power in the area between the leather and the clips, might have to repeat as necessary but works for me.
The bi-tone is about $550 before tax so if your walk out is $550 you paid a fair price. Given the popularity fo the XDS9, I'm starting to see quite a few XDS45 out there in the used market now.
If you're considering consolidating your ammo with your AR and your AK then the Arsenal-106 will be good addition. Circle 10 mags are the best and prior to SH CT wasn't too bad on prices but yes more than AR or surplus AK mags.
The overall physical condition (outside and inside) can tell you a lot about how it has been taken care of or not. Then a function check making sure mags work, safety works, trigger reset, and ect.
It's a good small and reliable pocket gun, but the sights and trigger sucks. Went to the range with my friend and his LCP vs. the Sig P238 and the Sig won for getting the tightest groouping and target acquisition.
If it has no value to you then get rid of it for something that does or it's just collecting dust in the safe for no reason. IMO all queens needs to go to the dance every now and then to confirm why you still have them in the safe.
