That looks like the same data as a previous Hornady Manual. The max load is heavier than the Hodgdon site at 34.5 grns, but the listed velocities are lower than both the Hodgdon site and my chronograph readings.
In my Marlin 336 I am seeing hardly any flattening of the primer at 34.5grns...
