    FUD. Nothing but FUD.

    lee die scraping case

I'm really curious where this scraping is coming from. By design, the inside of the die has to be a larger diameter than the case. If it wasn't, you wouldn't be able to withdraw a flared case.

    Other Cleaning Solvents ?

Good to see someone doesn't like to mess around when cleaning. I would not suggest you clean any plastics with an -one, -ane or an -ene unless that -ene begins trinitro- or there is also a match involved . Mineral spirits, non-cfc brake cleaner, alcohol are fairly benign but probably...

I never thought 38 special would be my 22lr.

get yourself a single shot to really stretch your components. I've read some 357 lever guns have trouble reliably feeding 38 special. Have you done any research on that?

    Does 10mm Launch Brass?

I suspect it is gun dependent more so than the round. I don't think I've seen a Glock in any caliber that doesn't launch two projectiles for each pull of the trigger. I think it's intentional. Gaston designed it so you wouldn't have a concern of slipping on brass in a firefight. Heck, the...

Lee Auto Prime & Primer ?

My underdstanding is there are different types of priming compound. The federal primers use a mixture that is more sensitive to external mechanical shock. So if one goes off while you are mashing it into the shell, the possibility of a chain reaction is increased. If you're concerned, you...

    why so tight

Can I buy a period? It isn't the setting of his sizing die unless he's trying to stick them in the cylinder backwards. It happens in the first half inch of insertion. What part of the case is dragging on the cylinder? If it is the mouth, you didn't crimp enough. If it is just behind the...

    Suspicious AA 9mm load data

I'd call it suspect, not suspicious. Has anyone looked at the data? Can anyone opine on why there is such a discrepancy between the Berry's and Rainier? I would assume that AA had recycled their earlier data from the link Walkalong posted. However, they changed the COL so I would assume...

    Suspicious AA 9mm load data

Accurate Arms load data for #5 a Rainier 115 RN seems might suspicious. How can it be the same velocity and pressure as the other loads they have listed with a charge weight that is .2 to .6 less than the other bullets? They do the same with #7 but not with #2. Jacketed No 5 115 NOS...

Penetration & Lethality of my .357 Load - your opinions

I think your load has the kind of lethality that is lethal. If you want more penetration, shoot JSP or some WC variant. Too bad you can't get the FMJ TC bullets Fiocci uses. Maybe he wants the ability to shoot people from within his car. You guys read too much into this stuff :rolleyes...

    Dummy rounds! and questions.

Winchester, I think you should look back at that chamber spec. There is no -0.015 tolerance. The minimum it can be cut and be SAAMI is 2.025". I'm not saying it doesn't happen but it shouldn't and isn't correct if it did.

    Dummy rounds! and questions.

I realized you might be talking about a Lee Loader, not a press. Were all of those cases fired from the same bolt action you are reloading for now? The Lee Loader only resizes the neck so you have to use brass fired from the same gun.
