Long Range Coyote Shotgun

Hi, I'm somewhat of a novice when it comes to firearms. So, I was wondering if the NEF Pardner pump shotguns could handle the extra stress placed on the barrel by denser lead free rounds such as hevi-shot, steel, tungsten, or bismuth. Any info helps.
