Primer Brand for next bulk order

So it's about time for me to make a bulk order of primers. I usually buy 10,000 each small pistol and small rifle. I usually get CCI but low prices on other brands has me thinking. If i went with another brand, what do you guys/gals think of S&B, Wolf or Tula. Out of those 3, which would...

    Glock 19 Gen 4 Fail

Yes i got the SP08073 spring. Hope it fixes it. Based on youtube reviews and forums, it appears this is a common problem. Kinda disappointed with Glock at the moment, with parts simply falling out of the gun while your shooting it for the second time ever. I'll give it another chance after...

    Glock 19 Gen 4 Fail

So my Glock 19 Gen 4 semi-failed on 2nd trip to the range. The slide lock lever fell out and gun malfunctioned. I dd some research and it looks like a known issue. Research says Glock replaced the slide lock spring with a new model that has more tension so i ordered one instead of paying $60...

Try higher load for the XBR and see if it tightens up. You still have ample room until you reach max.

Made A Mistake Today, Needing Advice

The AA9 and 2400 will work fine with standard primers too. Not a huge mistake, i've done worse. :)

    I'm addicted.

It gets worse. Soon you will realize that a progressive can pump out 600 per hour, you will drink the blue cool-aid and buy a Dillon, and then you will be able to load faster than you can afford components.

Brass hitting the forehead on ejection

Bumping load up a few tenths will solve the issue.

Brass hitting the forehead on ejection

Accurate Powder site shows load data for 124 plated to be 6.7-7.6. So you are at the starting load and max COAL. I would load hotter and seat deeper. I seat xtreme RN's at 1.135. If it were me, i would try some at 7gr and 1.14.

Has the great powder depression caused you to develop new favorites?

    I found 4 new loads for 223/556; AR-Comp, H335, IMR-4198, and 8208-XBR. I found AA7 works pretty good in 9mm with 124gr bullets

I wonder when Hornady will start selling the FTX bullet in 9mm. They only sell 38, 44, 45 and 50 so far.
