Which Ruger Mark IV to get?

I have had a number of Mark series pistols but my favorite is my Mark 2 competition target. It has a fantastic trigger from the factory. I upgraded to a Mark 4 bolt with Volquartsen extractor and firing pin. Also added a Holosun 407 dot sight. Shoots better than I can. Just a side note, the...

Beretta 21A or Ruger LCP II?

I have both the Ruger and the beretta and much prefer the beretta. The 21a has a much better trigger. It’s surprisingly accurate. It can be picky about ammo but it shoots CCI mini mags without a problem. Your mileage may vary.

New to Me Ruger GP100 "Match Champion"

I too just acquired a GP100 3 weeks ago. Took it to the range and was impressed. In fact it put a big smile on my face. It came with the rubber grip with wood inserts. I added the Hogue grips. Also installed the hi-viz front sight and Wilson 12 lb hammer spring and 10 lb trigger spring. I was...

Of the 9’s I own and have owned in the past, my tuned 75th anniversary Browning Hi Power is by far my most accurate. My wife loves shooting it too.

.452’s rolled in and out of cylinder. I could start.457’s with my thumb. .464 is actually Pietta’s recommended size. I always want to see that ring of lead when I drive them home. Thanks for your response.

    THR Remington 1858 Club

I've been curious for years about the Pietta "Shooters Model" Remington and could never rationalize the hefty price tag. So just a couple of weeks ago this one popped up on Gunbrokers. It was offered at a buy it now price that I couldn't pass up. Turns out to be a new in box, and unfired...

    Low inventory or no inventory

I searched high and low for a 3rd dragoon. Finally found one, their last one, at Lodgewood. Got it last week. It's a 2021 date and very nicely fitted and timed with a snug .007 gap. Shoots great.
