I've lived in PA all my life so far (Pittsburgh area). My dad OCs, I CC. I've never heard of anyone giving him problems over it. I've noticed there's a lot of people who carry in the area, but normally in cities you'll find concealed carry. I've seen quite a few people OC in the countryside.
