so you picked it up
congrats on the gun glad you like it. you can always use mine if you wanna shoot some federal bulk pack or something anyway. oh have you tried the bulk packs with the mosquito yet? i'm curious to know how that works, a friend of mine wants the mosquito too.
this is just a guess but i'm guessing you mean less than 1200 retail. if that's not what you meant, buds gunshop has the sw1911 with crimson trace grips. it'd be a fun toy to play with for you and your cat, all for approximately 880 shipped. anyway, can't really vote in this poll b/c i have...
aftermarket parts
i've definitely seen aftermarket parts that will hold the bolt open after the last shot.. it requires putting in in some new part into the gun and changing the magazines a bit too.. if i remember correctly, the part that goes in the gun was "drop in" so didn't seem like it...
don't have the gun myself
but from what i've seen on THR, seems like a lot of people love cz-452's. lots of people say it's a tackdriver and honestly i've wanted a cz-452 myself but don't have the funds. if you ever wanna get rid of it.... lol just kidding. have fun with it :)
krieghund, thanks for your advice. i did take apart the bolt already and have cleaned it out, so i don't think that's the problem. thanks for your advice though :)
DMK, do you know which springs they suggested you use? i'd imagine that using a spring that's too powerful (like the 30 lb spring) would be bad for the gun, but the 22 lb spring might not be enough for the 50's yugo's hard primers.
thanks in advance
