I have a new model regular. Was going for the stainless and changed my mine and wish I had not. I put a Hogue grip on it. They are not nearly as snappy as some folks say. Like any gun, you need to be ready for what it does and then adapt. I like mine and it carrys so well.
If I could find more CZ's I'd buy them. I have a P01, will get a 75B, and want to find a RAMI in person to see if I like it as a replacement for my 9mm Shield. Love them. I would put CZs up against any for reliability and ahead of all for Accuracy.
CZ75B. No need to look further. Well priced and VERY accurate. Also built better than almost any others mentions. Accuracy however, sets them apart from the othes. Amazing.
I have a new LCP. Better sights than the original but basic. The Bodyguard does have better sights but I fired it and did not care for it. That said, S&W advises that misfires occur with non American ammo due to harder primers. I asked them about it when i thought that I was going to buy one...
Pocket - LCP. That is plenty big enough for a pocket. Folks say they carry bigger pistols... Well LCP is plenty in a good pocket holster. Not considering any other pocket gun.
IWB - 9mm Shield. Fine gun. Looking at Kahr MK9 and CZ Rami. Cannot find the RAMI. SR9C ruger one that I find...
Comparing the Glock 380 to an LCP is apples to oranges. They are similar in caliber only. There is really no point in a debate of who thinks a gun kicks and who does not. Very subjective.
The LCP is a pocket pistol. IN that respect it is very light and a bit snappy. The Glock 380 is a bit...
Any Ruger Mk is a great way to go. I have a plain Jane Ruger mkiii and a hunter mk iii and they are both great shooters and eat most any ammo. Great aftermarket support but you need to learn how to clean them.
I also have a SW 22A. Shoot great, nice gun, mine note quite as dependable as the...
Put 55 rounds - Federal range ammo and some hollow points - through the LCP. Shots were uniformly low but none left or right. At 5 yards when aiming at center of pie plate, most were at bottom of pie plate. This is likely me as i anticipated the gun to be very snappy and may be over compensating...
Bought my new LCP yesterday and have not fired it yet. Got it at a great price at Local store so I jumped on it. Sights are what they are - better than old model. Trigger has noticeable difference and better than the 380 Bodyguard I shot - that was my original choice. Looked at Kahr P380 but...
Thanks for posting this as I am about to do the same thing - buy an LCP. The ability to ALWAYS have a carry piece on me and the LCP pocket size and reliability is too hard to resist and even though it is snappy and not comfortable to shoot, it is not a range gun. I too am lookign forward to...
Agree - you'd need to offer the bribe to buy one - just my opinion. What ever happened to the old 225 slant 6 and 383 quality? I am a Toyota guy myself but... I have a CZ75-P01 and this has never happened to me. I do not think I would like it as I am a bit of a control freak on how machinery...
well the NRA Basic pistol course is a good place to star but she needs to try a few and see. My wife hates recoil and no way she can rack a semi auto. I though Bodyguard 380 was it and she hated it. I did not like it either. She has a LCR22 revolver. Not afraid to shoot it or practice with it...
I have a P01 and Shield. Totally different - my opinion. Shield not close as applies to accuracy. Shield very solid little gun. However, if the RAMI were single stack, the shield would be history. Also - very hard to find a RAMI to test fire. I prefer hammer fired steel pieces. No gripes with...
