Me I love revolvers >> simple operation and high dependability . Modern Autos are getting to be as dependable, but many have a safety you have to remember , other a trigger that can cause negligent discharges . The Hated trigger safety. Seems the most people shooting themselves fall victim...
Pure luck .....
My avatar thingy Pietta Dance & Brothers .. I like it even if it is not worth 40 grand .Shoots great . As for an original on Gun Broker ??? better then buying it on ebay Still I would bet money on it being a fake..

I picked one up about 2 months back . Yup had problems with the primer system Got up with Lyman and it was taken care of lightning quick. So it is not smooth as butter takes a wiggle every so often to get a primer and deliver it . Not sure if I will prime separate or not . So far it is...
I guess the bench is just under the top of my hip bone . I stand most of the time but have a wood bar stool handy to sit when I feel like sitting stool might be a tad higher then standing . I have some back problems and need to move and shift quite a bit . It works well for me .
Love both calibers. I keep 44 specials handy for home defense. 38's target practice and killing the pesky tin can family . I just like the bigger heavier 44 if my life is on the line . My opinion 2 winners just pick your preference.
I might be one of the old guys that love steel revolvers and lead bullets .>>So cleaning up after a some range time is not the end of the world.. Take the Cap and Ball in the picture . that is smoke and dirty clean up time . I love it . Cleaning a 357 /38 or a 44 is super easy .
OWB I am fairly big around & dress extremely casual, a big shirt / jacket Carry a 44 special or 1911 . trucker wallet with a chain . knife sheath . a bunch of things to look at other then a bulge from a grip. Tried a few IWB and just not as comfortable . Prefer cross draw . sometimes a...
I bought a AMT auto mag II came with no mag. SO got two off some internet place . after messing around with the mags . I can run one with no jams but the other will still jam on the second shot every so often . Much better then when I first tried,,
jam every two or three rounds .
Loading 38 specials . looked in the manual for say blue dot powder ran my finger over to grains . BUT missed the line . 200 rounds of right powder wrong grains . Triple checked several powders and in 357 magnum and 38 +P . Turned out to be a 38 +P+ > hot load . Got out the nail polish...
Good guns .Coming from almost every thing I have heard in the last 20 some years . Not the best looking, not the smallest but just a good pistol . If you like it then it is a good gun for you as well.
Just wondering ??
I do not own a Glock Just have no interest in plastic guns .How about >>> A poll of gun guys Steel, aluminum alloy and polymer . The numbers and some form of a rating favorite to least loved hand guns .
I have shot a few Glocks Smith Shields, Ruger( something...
One from Gun Broker .. I like to see and inspect what I buy . BUT I did find what I wanted and paid less then I expected on Gun Broker Bid low and never thought I would win ..
I also bought one for the wife in 357 magnum loaded with 38+P she loves it .. I bought a wolf spring kit and after mkt grips . As for the hammer not been a problem for her , buy a hammer with out the spur then you have a choice later . Just My 2 Cents worth ..
you will be getting more then one .. I bought a used CVS colt 44 navy .. brass frame .. not much but it got me going back 23 years ago . Buy what you like & do not cheep out.
used S&W is probably your best bet to find easy I traded a old 9MM for a even older S&W model 10 with a 2 inch barrel . I liked the 9 but that is trading They could not hit the ground with a snubby revolver but the 3 dot sights on that 9 was easy to aim .. Many snubby buyers find out...
I have 1 that is truly a 1911 clone and 3 other .45 autos .. If I had to choose to keep only one .. I would keep the 1911 To be fair If I knew I was going to have a shoot out with a hand full of gang bangers >> FNP .45
