Nice shooting ..! I don't think there is a local supplier for Black hills ammo here, It's a pity , I have heard some very nice things said of it. Problem is...Like the guys said , the lighter stuff might not be so good with my 1 in 8 twist.

Ok Guys, Thanks for the tips , I will try the heavier bullets. At the moment , I'm stuck with factory ammo , but I hope to get into reloading maybe next year. I guess I was a little shocked at how bad it would shoot some of these , made me worry that my new "Tack-driver" was more of a...

OK .. I accept that . What I can't really figure out is why two pretty much identical ammo types with pretty much the same weights, velocitys and ballistics would shoot so differently... ?

Ok ! ..really need some help here..!

Nope , Wish it was that simple ... You'd probably need to rapid fire half a box through this one to make it feel warm.. Besides , I kept a check through the day and quit to clean with Forest bore foam a couple of times .. which needs around 20 mins to work .

Ditto..! I have a fairly well established routine with any gun I shoot ... If I shoot it... I clean it. After a typical trip to the range where I might put a couple dozen rounds through the rifles and a couple of hundred through the Handgun. I come home and I will probably make a coffee ...
