Thanks. The handle is two pieces of 3/8 natural colored linen micarta. Each slab has been mortised for the tang and one Corby type bolt as well as thong tubing fasten them together along with Acra-Glas.

It's been since 2006 that I last made a knife. I got the bug again and reintroduced my Combat Special model...this version being named the "WDW" after my late buddy who served many, many years. 7.5" blade forged from L6, about 1/4" thick differentially treated and coated in Durcoat.
