The Barami Hip-Grip works well for me. Been doing it for years.

I had a Bladetech IWB for a 4" I once owned. It worked well. I'm not sure if they make the same for a 3". When I got my 3" 681 PC, I cut the extra inch off the end.

I love mine. With a Barami Hip-Grip on it, it's my main CC gun. Hides well beneath a T-shirt.
