I am having trouble finding an elevator that slides up and down the rear sight when flipped up for long distance shots. I just inherited this rifle and it shoots great. If I cannot find the part, I'll leave it alone and have a tang mounted peep sight mounted. Any help would be appreciated.
I think if you are recoil sensitive, the Browning is a heavier rifle to mitigate that. I personally really like the Tikka but not the lightness and availability of their magazines. The Browning is a flush fitting magazine and don't believe the Tikka is, for what that's worth.
