I am looking to rechamber a 40S&W pistol barrel to 10mm. I know it has been done before with safety and success, so I am not blazing new paths here. Can anyone recommend a gunsmith who could provide such a service? All of my Googling seems to just turn up rifle barrel people.

Does anyone know of a way to add an inch or two to a factory pistol barrel? Not threaded, but either actual barrel or at least a "fake" barrel that doesn't contact the bullet but still puts the muzzle gasses 2" farther out. Does anyone perform such a service? I have an idea for a project HK...
