My at 380-M safety does not function that way. With safety engaged you can still pull the trigger and run the hammer back and drop it. The safety rotated a disc around the firing pin preventing the hammer from striking the pin. I think like the beretta.

I have two 11 round magazines.

Made the mistake of walking into my LGS today and walked out with ANIB at 380 -m in box with all papers and unused cleaning kit. I’m a happy camper!

I got to go with the Remington 870 as well. It allows a considerable number of options for various cartridges (low recoil or full power) and easy barrel swaps (hunting length or HD shorties). A lot of aftermarket parts and accessories are readily available. Just my humble opinion.

I am not. I am using the Brownell's aluminum follower. I may need to radius the edge a little.
