Keep see powder available but not primers

Just some fuzzy math I just did. But I think the powder is more available because a lb of powder will outlast 1k primers. Titegroup for instance is used in alot of 9mm loads. So 1lb of titegroup will outpace 1k primers. 7000 grn of powder roughly in a lb of powder, 4.0 grn throw of Titegroup...

    9mm Neck Tension Issues (random)

Without reading the whole thread, I have always had some issues with blazer brass and neck tension. I just sort them out and put them to the side and it resolved the issue. I didn't take a deeper dive due to the fact it was just as easy to sort the brass. I do out a light crimp on all of my 9mm...

Anyone Make Specific Loads for Specific Guns?

I do, but I also gave a general load that shoots well out of all my guns in a specific caliber. My 9mm that I load in numbers shoots out off all my 9mm pistols and shoots well in a PCC in 9mm as well. Rifle loads, well you are seeing. The single stage stage 50 at a time is the best way to go...

    Northern Tactical Unis Ginex primers

Well, IMO it would be a sign of good faith that orders could be canceled. If it were a scam, which I'm under the impression it's not, orders wouldn't so easily be canceled.

    Am I paying to much?

Doesn't matter what we think. Do what suits your needs and don't worry about opinions here. If you need it, want it, and have the cash to buy it, by all means, buy it.

    Ammo coming back?

I think it is slowly coming back. Both in stores and online. In store prices are better at your big box stores. The only stocck, while still elevated in price, things seem to be last longer. Hope its a good trend. Always harder to be optimistic l, but it makes me feel better.

    Vault Door Recommendations

Let me go into a little more detail about the space. It will be accessed from the basement, the walls will be poured when the foundation is poured, and it will end up being capped by the garage floor when it is poured. Also, i say safe room, but more a storm shelter. And the in-swing door was...

    Vault Door Recommendations

Hi all, A little back story here. We are in the process of getting ready to build our new home. And since we are really only wanting to do this once, I am opting for a built in gun vault/safe room. The room with be completely encased by concrete that will be poured with the foundation of the...

    Primers preorder...

I'm hard pressed to judge just by the look of a website. There is a certain magazine and clip supplier mentioned multiple times on this very forum and others that has a website that "looks" very out of date. But has very good feedback from everyone that has purchased from said site.

Remember when people complained about brands of Primers

I had really good luck with Wolf and Tula brand primers. When I snagged them for $18 per k shipped I loaded up. I believe that was 2015 or so. I don't recall the exact year. But I haven't had to buy many primers. Works good for everyone. I don't pay a high price because I don't have a need and...

Building an automated brass annealing machine

I vote for table saw. Leaves you controlling the pan and not the saw.

My snapshot of a gun show today

My guess, the mags do nothing if you have no ammo to fill them up with.

    Titegroup success stories

I'd have to double check my notes but I'm fairly confident my go to 9mm load is 4.1 gr Titegroup over a 115gr RMR Jacketed Round nose with a OAL of somewhere in thr line of 1.130.

    Do You Plunk Test???

I will plunk test random rounds. Usually put the calipers on every 50th round or so to make sure dies had stayed put. A couple thousands either way and im happy with it.

    Powder, lot to lot?

+1 for the blended powder info. And I do agree that 1/10th of a grain is a small variance. I see that on my Dillion when measuring every 10 rds or so.
