Great information. So I take it that after using a solvent on the frame (internally), I don't need to oil the clean metal? I should only oil the outside and the manufactuer's points?

For those who know more about this subject, I always see people talk about wiping down their weapons with oil, CLP, after someone else has handled it, etc. and I assume that is from leaving fingerprints which could encourage the formation of rust. This is always in reference to the exterior...
