The problem is that's pretty much 100% on the sellers end and nothing to do with the website. A possibility would be to require sellers to roll shipping charges into their reserve/buy it now price but that may not go over well.

Scams and misleading sales seem to be the two of the most difficult things when buying online. I have seen the same two shotgun combo for sale here on a local Texas site for over three years. Always the same pictures and different sellers!
