Based solely on action, barrel, and general fit and finish - the Weatherby/Anschutz wins hands down.
The only time I could see the CZ winning out the decision contest is if you planned to run it with irons rather than a scope. The Weatherby stock really is set up for a scope. The CZ Lux...

Bazooka Joe71, it's an Anschutz 7020 Universal match sight with a Centra adjustable iris. I've only shot this once since purchasing it over the holidays, and I'm still getting used to it.

I really like this idea. I have a regular BPS Hunter in 12 gauge and love it. I just wish this version came with rifle sights rather than a bead.
I wonder if any of the current ghost-ring sights can be modified for this?
