    Display your .38S&W & .32S&W Revolvers

Then it's a Long, not a Short. The only way a .32 is a Short is if only the Shorts will go in. That Young American I have, those are bored thru chambers and will chamber a .32 Lg wadcutter, but nothing else. The top breaks will chamber all .32 S&W Longs, not just wadcutters and the throats don't...

Potential .327 single shot rifle solution: Chaszel .410 to .327 adaptor.

Given the price and finish quality, they deserve it. The cheapest adapters I know of are the Chiappa's, but you're limited in barrel length to 7.5" and also available calibers. Chaszel offers many lengths and an ever growing number of calibers.

Sorry for the reflection on the Y. America, but it's the most in focus pic I have of that. The top break is just the plain jane H&R 6 shot. I'm still looking to add a 5 or 6 inch H&R top break 6 shot and a 5 shot H&R top break .32 Short, but the darn things just never show up on gunbroker in...

Is Taurus a Good Brand for Revolvers

If you did the math correctly it's a $300 to $375 difference, which is 30% more for the 7 shot Ruger/S&W, 60% more for the Redhawk vs the 608. However, looking up those 7 shot GP100's now, if you want a 4" barrel, they're $900 on Gunbroker, so double the price and that's because Ruger has slowed...

Potential .327 single shot rifle solution: Chaszel .410 to .327 adaptor.

I think that depends on the shotgun used and what caliber is used. This is an opinion, but I'd think that large primers are going to be less susceptible to any issues as they're larger. I'm trying to remember if I had any issues with a .32 H&R adapter in 12ga and I'm drawing a blank, I just...

Potential .327 single shot rifle solution: Chaszel .410 to .327 adaptor.

This is the challenge with any double gun and a major reason I prefer O/U's to SxS's as I would rather compensate for elevation by using different weighted bullets then trying to hold X amount off target to the left or right. This is also why I like something like the .45-70 for this project as...

    SW CSX vs Snubby 605

I'm not a fan of polymer revolvers, but I've never actually shot one so maybe they're not too bad, just the general thought of a poly revolver and how they look doesn't appeal to me. A SAO auto tho also doesn't appeal to me, I would feel compelled to use the safety as there is no grip safety on...

Potential .327 single shot rifle solution: Chaszel .410 to .327 adaptor.

.32 adapter for .410 is going to be thicker and more robust. But, good to know that the .36 calibers have this issue. I will avoid them in the future with .410

Have you tried the adapter in different guns and have u tried different ammo?

Potential .327 single shot rifle solution: Chaszel .410 to .327 adaptor.

The .32 is a better small game caliber than .38 and will have a flatter trajectory, however for use in an adapter in a shotgun with stock sights or the bead the reality is you use whatever has a POI that best matches the POA. That can, and likely will, be different for each gun. I have a .32...

Potential .327 single shot rifle solution: Chaszel .410 to .327 adaptor.

Yup, the lighter the projectile the further the elevation will be off in a shotgun with a rifled chamber adapter. OP best get a scope.

Factor in the shipping and the prices for those shoot up to $450-475 and IMO, that's double what the SP is actually worth. Step up to the GP100 and even used ones are $600+ and they're usually the 6 shooters. The Taurus 66 is a 7 shot that can be bought for under $450. Try to get the 7 shot...

    ProMag Issues

Not all Promag mags are junk, I think it very much depends on what gun you're using them in and what ammo you're using. I have the 10 rd LCP Promag mag and it works great, also have a .22 for a Mossberg and I can't find any issues with the mag itself, probably more the ammo I was shooting. I'm...

    10mm or .45 ACP?

Perhaps I'm biased as I would think a 10mm Magnum rim would be a better choice for a rimmed cartridge given it is quite powerful and power is generally what sells revolvers in today's world. The 10mm Auto Rim would find little acceptance as the rimless version is always going to be more common...

    .32 S&W Long "+p"

I did read from someone somewhere that Federal .327 brass, it may not split like the Hornady you had did, but it didn't hold up for long during reloading unless it was low pressure using stuff like Trail Boss. Starline brass seems to hold up very well to .327 pressures, but to get to the point...

Is Taurus a Good Brand for Revolvers

I've been waiting for the 692 to show up at preferred online retailers I've bought from before to no avail, so I'm considering getting the 905. How close to POA does 115gr ammo shoot? I figure since I have the .327 Taurus and find the 115gr LFN shoots very accurately that using the same weight...

    Charter Arms Pitbull 45acp?

I've never heard this before. Have you spoken with people at Charter to confirm this can be done? How much does the .45 Colt cylinder cost?

    .32 S&W Long "+p"

Don't see the point in doing that, .32 S&W is a higher pressure cartridge and if the top break is going to break. The only thing the .32 shorties have is they use a lighter bullet (85 gr) than the .32 Long, but not that much lighter. Frankly, the factory .32 S&W Long is never loaded to max...
