We have forgotten to consider the H&K USC .45 ACP rifle. Once seen, it is difficult to forget :) https://hk-usa.com/hk-models/usc/ Finish Black Action Semi-Automatic Caliber 45 Automatic Colt Pistol (ACP) Barrel Length 16.13" Overall Length 35.43" Safety Ambidextrous Stock Fixed...

    Ruger 10mm revolver

At certain moment in time .45 ACP revolvers were used ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M1917_revolver ) and my 625 JM is a jewel to shoot. Apart from that, should my Colt 1911 reject any cartridge the 625 allows me to enjoy shooting them :)

Me :) I'm the proud owner of a S&W 625 Jerry Miculek revolver in .45 ACP. You should try it at least once ;)

100 yards shot kills owl (1861)

"A gentleman of the Greys, sometimes called Barney G____, drew a revolver," What model of revolver could it be? I would not probably try it with an open frame revolver.

Really tired of the left wing media.

Nope, I didn't. But isn't it too different to those PC marketing campaigns saying that just buying the computer was enough? Apparently no knowledgement was required.

    Reloading Confused

Extrapolating to watches, the man who has a watch knows what time it is. The man who has two is never sure. ;) Sometimes manuals contain data related to different batches of the same powder (but never tell which one). Once you have the powder at home check the most recent powder manufacturer...

If you die tomorrow does your family know what to do with your guns?

Yes, leaving some instructions seems a good plan. Instructions contain a couple of contacts to help with the selling of them. As we say here, I wish she only will not sell the guns at the price I told her I paid for them :-)

    Savage Arms

Well, I have to say that put the way you did it sounds nicer than it seemed to me. In any case, weighting the pros and cons resulted that bringing the rifle back to the gun shop -> distributor -> importer -> Police arms office -> manufacturer and back to me it would prevent me from competing...

    Church security

Another sound procedure will be to lock the doors during the mass. I understand most of the attacks took place when all the people are inside.

    Church security

In a different country they might consider a gun control on access. From your lines I guess that it is not on mind. Cameras on the outer parts of the church might help and I would suggest to review the design of surrounding accesses to the church, keeping the parking lot at a prudent distance...

    Struggling with .45 ACP

Of course! Why the effort to unmount defective cartridges if you can enjoy shooting them? I own a nice S&W 625 JM that happily deals with troubled ammunition my 1911 rejects. Ah, and it fire forms the brass in the same action, much better than any die can do.
