I called CDNN back and talked to another guy today. He told me something completly different. He said I would call my FFL have them fax the license then call back and place the order. Much more simple.

Do you end up paying the FFL or do you pay CDNN directly?

Thats what I expected them to do. The guy that I talked to said a dealer had to place the order for me. Strange.

I hate to hijack this thread but I called CDNN today. They told me that I have to have a dealer order firearms for me. I couldnt do it myself. I understand it would have to be shipped through a dealer but they made it sound like a dealer would have to place the order also. Can someone...
