I took out two 1893 Spanish Mauser carbines, 7x57, one with a sporterized stock, but still the military barrel and sights. The other has a replacement commercial barrel and nicely Mannlicher stocked, drilled and tapped for a 3x9 scope. To finish up I ran a few rounds through a Colt Official...
I think people who actually own one are happy with them. I have a TP9SFX. It is one of my favorite pistols currently. Came with 3 mags, a holster, and three adapter plates that cover most of the popular optics out there. Great trigger. I also got it on sale and haven’t seen one within a $100 of...
Picked up a new to me Colt Detective Special and a Browning BDA 45. Both were made in the 70’s and are like new, unfired. Bought 2 extra mags for the Browning off the internet.
Tec9’s and their magazines are going for sky high money right now. You should ask at least a grand. Put it on a national auction site like GB with a $1000 starting bid. I saw several at the last gun show priced at $1300 - $1400.
A bunch of them. Colt Python 6 inch, blue. Remington 600 carbine 350 Magnum with laminated stock. Any N-frame Smith I've ever owned (25, 27, 28, 29), Erma Luger .22.
I do not buy guns to not shoot them. I shoot my Luger and P-38. I do have a well worn original Colt 1860 Army that I haven't shot, but I would shoot it if the urge hit me.
A guy brought that exact pistol to a cap n ball cowboy shoot. Brand new. By the end of the match the frame had twisted. Very bizarre, as though you removed the cylinder, put the frame in a vise, put a hammer handle through the cylinder window and started twisting on the frame. Maybe the bullet...
Wow Ephraim, more info than I could of imagined. When I first got it I put pictures on the Darksiders Den, and now I recall someone there said it was for shoulder stock models. Thank you.
I have an unusual variant of an ASM 3rd model Dragoon, that has three leaf express sights mounted on top, rear, of the barrel. It is new, never fired, though I do not have the box. I've never fired it to check the regulation of the sights. Something else on my "gotta do" list.
Cimarron still has civilian 1860's. It took 5 or 6 months for them to get me one though. You could get a fluted Army and swap cylinders. Maybe that's what the previous owner of yours did.
I use Remington Golden Saber in my Shield. I got a deal on a bulk amount from Sportsmanguide awhile ago, so I can practice with what I carry. Just ran four mags through it today.
