You can turn off 2 of the options….
Possibly, if you used the “force cloud sync” option, you may be able to get all the info on both devices…….maybe….??
Generally....................................if a place has something that ALL others are OOS.........................................more than likely they could be suspect.....
I have purchased 2 of them, 10mm and 45-70…
The 10mm gets used to “de”-bulge the exuberant brass..
I tried the 45-70, and for sure it did a fine job but I didn’t care for the way the crimp looked.
I prefer the Redding Profile Crimp die that came with the Comp set..

I read your statement as jamming on the well when loading thru the gate, and not while running the lever…?
My 1894 Marlin needed a tad of caressing on the mag well/tube with a Dremel to rectify a loading situation……
