I think all here believe that approximately 90% of laws and ordinances on firearms are either ignorant of the "truths we hold self evident" or simply another way to make money and get more funds to put toward idiotic anti-gun actions.... arguing semantics when everyone here has a legitimate...

The "Trust" isn't a joint firearms ownership trust. Just part of my estate that will help to alleviate some of the post-deceased headaches and delays that are all too common. (Especially in Cali)
