    odd.. first time out with the 1894c .357/.38 and the 1894 cb .44, i did quite well with the stock buckhorn sights at 50-85 yards. took me a few shots to get the 100 yard range though. a friend has the ghost ring sights for his marlin and bought me a set, but i havent put them on yet. think those...

    Sig 226 Question

    cool... let us know how it goes.. im trying the same experiment.. im starting with the p226 in .40/.357 and picked up a new 9mm slide, rod and spring, and now trying to acquire the 9mm barrel. hoping itll work ;)

    i have an su16ca and it's good. asides from the lightweight feel and that its almost all plastic, it runs fine. only minor problem i had were a few fte bc of the breakin period, but i would recommend it :) oni

    Anyone own a Sig 229?

    i have a 229 also and it has been able to handle everything so far :) no problems at all :) and as far as i can tell.. there was no break in period required.. was pretty much ready to go after the original cleaning/lube that they recommend :)

    woohoo. im so glad i found this thread. i just picked up the savage 10fp in .308. my brother suggested the swfa super sniper. but other than that.. i have no idea how else to customize it (very new to any of this). any suggestions would be very appreciated :) and your rig looks very nice :)

    it's interesting to know that there are people here that have nihonto collections :) i have a nbthk papered koto nagimaki, a couple gendaito (1 that needs fittings and a polish), a teruhiro gimei, a few odds and ends mumeis, and a lot of practice blades. i stopped collecting a few years ago...
