The feeling I get whilst standing in line for ammo at various places is that out of those those that aren’t reselling is that they’re purchasing out of fear of future unavailability.
It’s kinda like “I better get it now before it’s gone, regulated, or simply banned.

Thanks for the input. I’ve never been a dedicated hunter. But my dad let me use his 270 and I did enjoy. I’m slowly trying to dip toes in the reloading game. Got a press and and some 300 blk dies. Snagged a few primers. Just sniping what I can when I can.
Yes. I only buy at retail. Mostly chain stores at the moment. (Never feed the vultures.)

Right now I wouldn’t.
That said, I am currently looking to add a hunting rifle to the mix for large game and longer distance work. I just can’t come to a decision on caliber.
