Thanks :) they are quite cheap here since the army was replacing them for years now and also the size of the army decreased significantly over the years so for like 460 bucks you can get a decent rifle.... recently a fella was selling the original gunsmith's kit... IMO it looks like a instant...

Thanks man, it is my baby :) with shorter barrel it is even lighter, lots of accessories available up here, mags are still dirt cheap as well so it is our go-to gun :) although with BREN2 adopted by the Czech Army it seems 5,56 ammo will be more and more available while the 7,62x39 is getting...

Speaking of rifles I would probably keep my Vz. 58. It is extremely light, mine also shortened, ammo is widely available here and spare parts are also everywhere dirt cheap :)
