Those scrapes are from the sizing die. I size and deprime before I tumble/clean. I've ran my finger across a lot of them and can't feel anything. Ive cleaned it multiple times, still does it. It's a carbide die and I started using case lube and it's helped.

Yes, seating and crimping are done at the same time. I have a Lee three die set. The shaving is from the brass, not the bullet.(bullets are coated). I do not bell these probably as far as I should, it's a very very snug fit. In fact, the chamfering helps to seat the bullets.
