My wife's standard line is .... what's mine is mine and what's yours is mine .... this includes guns.;)
Seriously though ... between the two of us we have a pretty good "accumulation". I can only think of a handful of times I have been able to shoot by myself and it's typically me telling her...
I bought an Arsenal AK off of gun broker. The price was almost too good to be true. The seller had minimal feedback and did not accept credit cards. I was never holding hope it was legit but just placing the order didn’t hold me to anything and I had gun broker as the middle man.
The...
I have yet to have any fail to go bang. As a newb I'd be hesitant to know what is oversized and what isn't, but it makes sense they may be slightly big. When getting used to my progressive I wasn't using clean brass. Just trying to figure things out. Once I started wet cleaning, I must say...
Yes I have used them. Pretty much exclusively as they were all I could find when starting out. I the same comments as above. Some headstamps gave me issues and I also needed to learn the “feel” of my progressive. I’m to the point now where I know when they are seating properly and when I need to...
Thank you! This does make sense. Again, I'm new, but now understand why they list the barrel length on the data sheets. It's a learning process.
PS...I just ordered Quick Load. It is NOT one of the "downloads" I referenced above. Obviously as it can't be downloaded. Looking forward to receiving...
Great discussion and questions I (as a new reloader) have asked myself. I purchased a chrono and wasted a lot of ammo learning how to operate it. I still don’t feel 100% comfortable using it. I also had no idea how much barrel length affects the velocity. If anything, I’m having a great time...

I am not a Glock fan. My wife is. I have kept the G22 & G29 and have rid myself of the 17, 19 & 34 but they are still in the family. In hindsight, I did enjoy the 34 but gave it to my son. He recently bought me a CZ Shadow 2 for my birthday so I consider that a fair trade.:)
I wish I was able to post pictures like the awesome ones in this thread, but today I walked the concrete jungle. In a few weeks I have some wilderness work, but I doubt desert landscape will be all that appealing. In any case the sidearm of choice today was the trusty P365XL. Not all that great...
OK everyone ... I am into rifles, handguns, and shot guns but haven't thought much about revolvers. I have to say those are some beautiful pieces however. Am I missing something?
And to answer the question ... the last two were:
Walter PDP full size in 9mm
Smith & Wesson M&P 2.0 in10mm
Only time will tell but this is an interesting question and I'll be curious to see how it plays out.
Put me, my wife and 1 of 2 kids in the "new owner" category. The 2nd kid was interested in old time military stuff, but even that has subsided. It is hard to believe that two offspring can be so...
Thanks Rust Collector…. I would have preferred to use my own name but did not see anyone that was doing so. Perhaps it isn’t the best idea on a firearms site anyway. I use that old gamer tag whenever I want to be anonymous which is pretty much never these days. I don’t mind people knowing who I...
Not wanting to start a separate discussion I have landed here as my question(s) are in reference to the same firearm in the title. I'm a brand spankin' new member that looks forward to meeting everyone and interacting and I hope this isn't considered a "hijack". I will take advise from anybody...
