p 345?problems
My friend was shooting my p 345 the other day and he went to pull the trigger on the 4th shot but it didnt fire. I pulled the slide back and it didnt have a bullet in it so I checked the mag and it still had bullets.I loaded it and it finished off the mag . Can anyone tell me...
I know that the 308 and 243 are the same case but you hear everyone say that the 308 is the 1000 yd round:rolleyes: . My question is will the 243 go the distance that the 308 will, nevermind the bullet size?
A few walmarts stoped selling firearms and the reason they did was because someone stold alot of ammo at one and shot the place or something like that.:(
I m not trying to make this into a ruger thread but I was out shooting my p345 the other day and it started ftf on me . After I shot a few rounds threw it it stoped but this concerns me because its my self defense weapon.The only other time its done this is when I first got it the 3rd shot hung...
One thing that I heard and you guys might have clean this up for me a little is that they are not as accurate as a regular bolt action rifle so you might have to sacrifice accuracy for effieciency. But like I said Im not positive on this one.
Yeah Id like to learn how to shoot freehanded an accurately at the same time ,but I just got back into shooting last year so if Im going to brag I have to shoot off of a rest.Anyway happy memorial day to shrink and everyone else.;) :) :
Ive got one thats a little different and I personally think its a waste of money unless you just use it to zero your rifle instead of using it for a benchrest but you can never have to many toys. I dont use anything but sandbags for for the butt to sit on and a one legged stand that screws up...
1.5" at 100 yards but, I havent got to use any reloads in it yet and I also had a 3x9 scope on it. It would probably shoot 1moa with right load and a 16 power scope.
I was thinking about sending my savage 12 to sharpshooters and having it trued and glass beded. I would like to here some input on this if I can. Ive got an idea on how they do the trueing but, I just dont want to send a perfectly good gun off and have it tinkered with if there is a possibility...
I didnt think about this until I found a smudge on my scope today,I just used some windex and a rag.Can any one tell me if this is the proper way to clean a scope?
