Or you could save yourself some money and time and invest in a Surefire..a few of my friends had M3's mounted on their AR's/SG's and had them fail after about 500 rounds of 5.56 and 150 rounds slugs. Personally, my M3 failed after 300 rounds of Speer Gold Dots in 40 cal. But that just me...:D

Sven, most of the guys I know that are currently in country are using Etrex's or the Sport model. The mil versions do have some upgrades, but most of the guys I know are happy with the "civvie" models. I have used my eTrex in Turkey and other vacation spots in the Middle East.

Thanks HK! Got it all sqaured away. The manual they sent with my RRA is a copy of the FM!! Plus some additional RRA stuff in it. Thanks Glockster, all set up, have my Single Point installed, no I have to work it to see if I like it.
