Just a thought...
You could probably buy a MEC 600 Jr. press in 28 gauge for the same as all of the other accessories you have mentioned. I have one for 28 gauge and it works great!
I use a roll-crimper and hand tools for loading .410 bore shells, and I wish I had just bought the MEC...
I had the threaded gas adjustment plug on my Saiga Shotgun seize up on me. I used a liberal amount of Kroil and a good amount of soak time to free it up. After freeing it, I saw that it had totally rusted shut. Sold me on Kroil!
I am unaware of any special .410 dies that fit in standard metallic cartridge reloading presses.
However, there are at least 3 alternatives to buying a dedicated .410 reloader like a MEC:
1. Find an old Lee loader that uses a hammer to decap, reprime, etc. (I have not used one for .410...
I've had great results with the 180 grain "ashcan" bullet dropped from a Lyman mould using linotype. I size it .430 and load it on top of a mild load of Unique.
1. Use one .32 cal gas check seated over the powder
2. Fill with small shot (preferably #12)
3. Crimp a .32 cal gas check on top of the shot.
I have never loaded .32 cal shot loads but that is how I would do it.
Good luck!

It's hard to justify reloading just from a cost savings point unless you shoot thousands of rounds in competition. For me, it is about performance and the satisfaction that comes from "rolling your own", kind of like tying flies for a fly fisherman.
Not having a...
The biggest potential issue is the OAL of the .380 cartridge with a 115 gr. bullet. The ogive on a .380 bullet is much shorter than on a 9mm bullet, so if you if you seated the 115 gr. bullet deep enough to obtain the correct OAL then there is a chance that the case mouth would be unsupported.
Danny:
I once messed around with this round for several months when I owned a Rexio .45 LC/.410 single shot handgun. I was getting gawd-awful accuracy with regular .45 LC ammo and I thought that getting the bullet closer to the rifling would help. It did, but not a whole lot. As it turns...
Hi Michael:
Actually, you can't use large rifle (LR) primers in a large pistol (LP) primer pocket because the LR are taller/thicker and will protrude and cause you problems. I would stick with the recommended LP primer for the recipe you are loading for and you will be fine.:)
For accuracy and velocity, I have had good luck with 240 gr. XTP bullets in front of 2400, IMR 4227, or H-110 (the fastest). I typically use LP magnum primers and Starline brass.
I have not had the chance to try them on game yet but would not hesitate to do so if given the chance...

You would want to use one a wad with a deep shotcup that is designed for a 1 & 1/4 oz load like the Winchester WAA12F114 because the more the shot is protected from the surface the barrel the less it will be deformed and the tighter the pattern will be. Another good suggestion would be to use...
Hi Sandy-
You can resize the .323 bullets down to .321 using the Lee resizer, but I agree with Jim that it is too much trouble.
Another issue with 8mm bullets is that most are constructed with a long ogive that is probably not suitable for the O.A.L. of the .32 Remington cartridge...
Hi Sandy-
I have a Remington model 14 in .32 Remington and it is a good shooter. I use the Redding .32 Remington dies and carefully expand the neck of .30 Remington brass to accept the .321 bullets instead of buying the more expensive .32 Remington brass.
BTW, you will probably have to...
Although the other posters have made some good points, the real reason that you don't want to do this is because of PRESSURE. The .357 loads you will be putting in the .38 case were designed for the larger volume of a .357 case. By putting the same volume of powder in a smaller case, you will...
I have the (relatively) rare 4" stainless version and I love mine too. What really amazed me was the accuracy with factory .45 LC loads. It shot close to pnt. of aim at 25 yds. and grouped better than my S&W .45 LC did.
I've handloaded some "medium-hot" .45 LC rounds with 250 gr. JHP...
