CZ 452 is very popular and has a great reputation for out of the box accuracy. Will be replaced by the 455 but is still available for approx. $400. Mine gets 1/2" groups at 50 yards with reasonably priced ammo.

I've had two CZ 452's one in .22 and the other in .17m2 -- excellent shooters, well made, nice for targets or hunting. Can be had for about $330. From there, its a good sized step up to Anschutz, the top of the heap.
