Pre/post 86 makes a big difference. Both Class 2 and Class 3 are $500 per year for small volume makers. Class 2 also neet a Department of State registration ofabout $1500 per year (I'm Class 3 so while I know it exists, I can't quote the exact cost).

"Dual Gun Shoulder Rig
You may be a fan of John Woo movies, ambidextrous, or a DEA agent, this rig carries two guns for immediate use. Some may call it the "New York Reload", I just call it easy access...
You have a very dangerous gun ;) It belongs next to my .401 PowerMag. Once you send it to me, you will never have to worry about your Herters running out and shooting people.
They are nice guns. If you have a regular caliber gun, sell it if the price is good. If it's a PowerMag, keep it...
Non-shooting: I was using a portable belt sander on some wood. Even with my glasses, I got sawdust in my eyes. It does not happen when I remember to wear goggles.

Sell 65,000 un-needed used pre-86 M16 rifles to the public @$7,000 = $455,000,000
A profit of $412,750,000
Not that the government cares about $412 million.

It would be nice if they would make the .45ACP version use M3 grease gun magazines since they are so cheap.
22luvr is correct that derringers are not the best for self defense.
12.7x99mm, you don't say why you want one. If it's just for fun, then get one. I have two by American Derringer. They are good novelty guns - you don't see many at the range so everyone will want to try it. Because of...
