I have a 7mm/08 a 308 and a 243 the 243 has lees recoil.and with 90 to 100 grain loads you can kill any deer.

Two head shot rabbits at 40 yards. No rest, With 4in 357 colt. One at a time of course. And about 10 min later one more same thing. No scope.

I have had a mini 14 with a scope for several years and have never tried to sight it in until recently I just used it for plicking. The last time I shot it I got about a 2.5''-3'' 3 shot group with wolf ammo at 100 yards. Is this about normal? Thanks for the help
