    They can do a protectice pat down, while they are questioning you, for yours and thier protection. Unless there is a sign that says vehicles in the park are subject to shirt you have every right to refuse the search. I have down it, pissed the officer off but oh well.

    In florida you can have your fingerprints taken electronically which puts them on file for future things. I know I had them done for my Security Officer license and didn't have to have them done again for my armed license
